Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OTHER THAN RAFFLE TICKET NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Eligibility.
This AMP DAY RAFFLE (“Drawing”) is open to all natural persons globally over the age of 18. The Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Sponsorship.
The Drawing sponsor(s) are Angela Marie Publishing, LLC and SMF Production & Media (“Sponsors”). Sponsors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Drawing, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsors will conduct the Drawing substantially as described
in these Official Rules.
Entry Period.
This Drawing begins on 8/31/2022 at 6:00 PM PT and ends on 9/7/2022 at 9:00 PM PT (“Entry Period”).
How to Enter.
During the Entry Period, visit the Drawing registration page at https://ampublishing.hopp.to/raffle to electronically select your raffle number. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, email address, and phone number. (NOTE: You must complete all required fields of the entry form with valid information to be eligible). Each raffle entry is $25 USD.
Limitations on Entries.
MULTIPLE ENTRIES BY THE SAME PARTY ARE ALLOWED, HOWEVER, EACH ENTRY MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY AND PRIZE PACKAGES ARE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER PERSON.
No third-party entry or entry through any automated drawing service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of fraudulent or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage fraudulent or false entries, as determined by Sponsors, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.
Prizes
Grand Prize.
One (1) Grand Prize package will be awarded, which consists of: Two (2) PLATINUM LEVEL tickets (Section 118, Row 19, Seats 5-6) to see Kendrick Lamar in The Big Steppers Tour at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, CA on 9/15/22 at 7:30PM PT showtime; One (1) digital full set of Season 1 of “The Art of Cheating Episodes” book series (Books 1-6, eBook editions); and One (1) limited edition SMF “Dope Music” t-shirt. Delivery of concert tickets require a Ticketmaster account/email address to receive mobile transfer. Winner is responsible for any travel and/or parking expenses related to attending the concert. Delivery of eBooks require an Amazon Kindle account/email address to redeem. T-shirt prize may be redeemed by mail or pickup. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $577.44.
1st Runner-Up Prize.
One (1) First Runner-Up Prize package will be awarded, which consists of: One (1) physical half-set of Season 1 of “The Art of Cheating Episodes” book series (Books 1-3, paperback editions); One (1) limited edition SMF “Dope Music” t-shirt; and One (1) limited edition AMP “I AM Prosperous” t-shirt. Delivery of paperback books and t-shirt prizes may be redeemed by mail or pickup. AMP t-shirt comes in Winner’s choice of font color (red or pink). Approximate retail value of the 1st Runner-Up Prize is $86.97.
2nd Runner-Up Prize.
One (1) Second Runner-Up Prize package will be awarded, which consists of: One (1) digital copy of “The Art of Cheating Episodes” S1E1: Sassy (audiobook edition); One (1) limited edition TAOC t-shirt; and One (1) limited edition AMP “I AM Prosperous” t-shirt. Delivery of audiobook requires an Amazon Audible account/email address to redeem. T-shirt prizes may be redeemed by mail or pickup. AMP t-shirt comes in Winner’s choice of font color (red or pink). Approximate retail value of the 2nd Runner-Up Prize is $56.95.
Live Drawing
Drawing.
Winners will be selected in a random ‘spin the wheel’ digital drawing from among all eligible raffle entries collected during the Entry Period. The official drawing will take place on 9/7/22 during the S&M Wednesdays LIVE broadcast between 8PM-10PM PT. The broadcast channel can be accessed at https://www.twitch.tv/djsmooothdee.
The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsors, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Drawing and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Winning numbers will be drawn in ascending order, with 2nd Runner-Up being the first winning number announced and Grand Prize being the final winning number announced. PRIZE PACKAGES ARE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER PERSON, MEANING A PARTICIPANT WITH MULTIPLE ENTRIES CANNOT CLAIM MORE THAN ONE (1) PRIZE PACKAGE.
Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Drawing, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Drawing rules, an alternate winning number will be drawn. Winners will be notified by email and/or text message. Inability of Sponsors to contact winners within forty-eight (48) hours after selection may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsors’ discretion. Qualifying physical prizes will be sent to winner by mail within fourteen (14) days after winner has been notified and accepted the prizes if pickup is not arranged. If no physical address is provided upon contact or prizes are returned as undeliverable, then prize will be forfeited.
Odds.
The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible raffle entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Drawing. Eligible entries shall not exceed a quantity of fifty (50) maximum entries.
General Terms
General Terms.
By entering this Drawing, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and
decisions of Sponsors, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsors will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the
Drawing.
YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSORS, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAWING.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Sponsors a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSORS-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE DRAWING, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
